We would like to give our congratulations to our students who have been awarded prizes in a recent creative writing competition by the Faversham Literary Festival team.
Mason C achieved second prize with a “‘A very enjoyable story, entertaining and imaginative. Some lovely uses of language and a nicely balanced unfolding of the tale. An uplifting and positive ending too!’

The following students were also highly commended:

Harley B - ‘A lovely mystery tale that leaves us wondering. This is a great idea for a story and we wonder if you might be thinking about how it continues.’

Bethany W - ‘An imaginative story that is funny and entertaining, with probably quite a lot of truth in it. How often we feel that other people do not really see us.’

Harlow  - ‘A sad tale that has come across very well in a short space. It is quite easy to imagine this actually happening and this makes the story believable.’
