Main HallHalls for Hire

We have our main school hall and our modern Dining Hall accommodating up to 350 guests and these are ideal for:

  • Performance and music.
  • Proms.
  • Birthday parties.
  • Wedding reception.
  • Charity fundraising events.

 

The building has male, female and is fully accessible with disabled parking and toilet facilities. The Halls are available to hire during the school day, evenings and weekends. The facilities are more widely available during school holidays.

NCR2Conference Facilities

Our Conference Facilities are available to hire during the school day, evenings and weekends. The facilities are more widely available during school holidays. 

Conference Room A

 

This room features:

  • Audio Visual equipment for presentations.
  • Speaker system.
  • Full IT Support.
  • Bespoke packages.
  • IT equipment Laptops etc available on request.
  • The room can be set out in a number of different layouts seating up to 100 people.
  • The room is fully accessible, located on the ground floor and has disabled parking bays close to the main entrance.
  • Discounted rates for multiple bookings.

Business PCBusiness Suites

Our modern Business Suites feature two computer rooms, a reception area and direct access to a disabled ramp that leads to the car park.

Each computer room has 31 computers, including a computer at the front of the room that is connected to the projector and interactive whiteboard.

 

Each computer has the standard set of Microsoft Office software and a connection to our high-speed Internet.

 

These rooms are arranged for different types of training. The first room is laid out in a more traditional format with all desks facing the front of the room, to allow for trainer-led sessions. The second room has a number of smaller desk units that are ideally suited for smaller, group work.

Computer SuiteThe Computer Suite

The Computer Suite is located in the same building as Conference Room A and the Dining Hall so it is an ideal location for larger events where a number of different activities need to be catered for.

The suite features 30 computer for access to the Internet and standard Microsoft Office software. A printer is also available. For any queries relating to the I.T. equipment please contact us and we will ask our I.T. Support department to contact you directly.

 

With the ceiling mounted projector and interactive whiteboard, the room makes an ideal training facility for groups. Male, female and disabled toilet facilities are situated in the same building.

Business BoardroomThe Abbey Business Centre

We are very fortunate to be able to offer a wide variety of function rooms and outdoor areas for hire. Situated in the beautiful Kent countryside and close to the M2 motorway, the school is easily accessible and makes an ideal meeting place for conferences, parties and meetings.

The school boasts adequate on-site parking, with three car parks and an overflow parking area on one of the large fields.

 

If you require assistance with your I.T. requirements, our trained I.T. staff can be made available to assist you with setting up data projectors and presentations.
