The vision of the Film and Media Studies department is to engage the students with a range of film and media in both an analytical and practical way. We strive to develop independent work skills both in and out of the classroom. We aim to ensure the students produce high-quality media products that they can be proud of and that others can use through our developing VLE website and YuuTube page.
The vision for the staff in the department is to challenge and inspire the students' love and enjoyment of the subject and to develop our own subject knowledge on a continuous basis through CPD and other experienced professionals.
